Lead Experience Designer

Lead Experience Designer responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end experience strategy across major product pillars. Own the XD strategy, prototype-driven experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making, while ensuring inclusive, human-centered, scalable solutions. Drive AI-First workflows to maximize deployment velocity and serve as the bridge between high-level strategy and frontline execution. Lead design collaboration with other teams and senior leadership, evangelize a design-led mindset, and set the standard for experience craftsmanship, governance, and an automation-enabled UI asset pipeline. Proven ability to unify experience strategy across pillars, drive cross-product journey cohesion, and deliver breakthrough innovations through radical prototyping and validated prototypes.
