Lead Experience Designer (UX/UI)

Job Summary
Lead the strategy and evolution of Tennis Australia’s website and digital interfaces, including exploration of apps, frontend libraries, and emerging technologies, while collaborating with developers and external partners to deliver user-centric, scalable experiences. Own and manage the design system to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints; conduct user research to continually improve journeys; manage external vendors and coordinate with internal teams to deliver key initiatives. Requires 6-8+ years in digital/product/agency/content-led environments with strong UX/UI design and research expertise, proficiency in Figma, experience with CMS platforms (ideally AEM), and ability to navigate technical conversations with developers. A portfolio demonstrating work, plus willingness to obtain Police Check and Working with Children Check, are required. Preparedness to be flexible with working hours and arrangements related to Tennis Australia.
