Job Summary
Supervise daily operations of Concierge and VIP services while providing direct support to the Front Office to ensure memorable guest experiences. Manage interactions with guests from around the world, solving problems and creating personalized moments that define the stay. This role requires AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shift availability, with a focus on concierge experience and hospitality operations. As part of Estancia La Jolla's award-winning team, you will contribute to the hotel's reputation for exceptional service and diverse, inclusive guest interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in hospitality operations
- Results-oriented with a focus on service excellence
- Attention to detail with a talent for multitasking
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- An effective communicator, team member, and collaborator
- Minimum of two years in hospitality operations and concierge experience
- proven record of delivering 'best in class' customer interactions
- Proficient knowledge of computer applications
- Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work on AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs
Desired Qualifications
- InforHMS experience preferred
- Experience within a hotel/resort environment
