Job Summary

Independently manage the Office of the EVP's daily operations with minimal supervision, including assembling daily prep, coordinating complex meeting logistics, and executing travel itineraries for the EVP. Produce polished first-draft decks and talking points, compile weekly business dashboards, and serve as the primary point of contact for cross-departmental coordination on events and expense processing. Anticipate workload trends to resolve non-routine issues, recommend process improvements, and align priorities across Marketing, Communications, and Business Development teams. Requires 4+ years of executive support experience, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and flexibility for occasional early mornings or shifted hours to align with the EVP's calendar.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or executive support role

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of executive-support and office-management practices

  • Knowledge of confidentiality, discretion, and information-handling standards appropriate for supporting senior leadership
  • Working knowledge of expense reporting
  • Working knowledge of procurement
  • Working knowledge of related administrative policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of how to identify and resolve complex discrepancies
  • Knowledge of credit union or financial services organizational structure
  • Advanced knowledge of business dashboard and reporting practices
  • Advanced knowledge of how to identify and drive improvements to recurring reporting processes
  • Strong organizational skills
