Job Summary
Lead Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO in Rockville, MD, overseeing the Executive Assistant team and administrative support for the office. Responsible for coordinating office activities and schedules, preparing board packages and communications, maintaining corporate records, arranging travel and meetings, and providing status updates to management. Requires arranging and managing executive calendars, interacting with the Board and government/regulatory officials, and ensuring timely responsiveness to requests. Minimum five years of professional experience and a degree in Business Administration or related field; strong Microsoft Office skills; excellent written and oral communication; ability to liaison with customers, Directors, and regulators.
Required Qualifications
