Job Summary
Own exchange onboarding from contract signing through to go-live and ongoing support. Coordinate with trading, engineering, sales, and exchange partners to ensure integrations are delivered on time, tested thoroughly, and maintained effectively. Manage API configuration, testing, and go-live readiness while tracking integration progress, upgrades, and exchange changes. Support technical reviews and identify blockers early by maintaining documentation and ongoing exchange relationships. This 50% operations/50% technical coordination role supports a leading crypto trading firm's international team.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in crypto trading, exchanges or digital asset infrastructure
- Understanding of REST/WebSocket APIs, exchange connectivity and testing
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Comfortable reading API documentation and assessing integrations
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with exchange integrations, FIX, Jira/Notion/Linear
- Knowledge of CEX/DEX infrastructure
- Basic Python or scripting experience
