Job Summary
Lead Event Producer overseeing end-to-end planning and onsite delivery for diverse events, mentoring Event Producers, and ensuring brand integrity, client satisfaction, and flawless execution. Responsibilities include reviewing complex floor plans and timelines, managing escalations, coordinating with Sales and Culinary, overseeing rentals, decor, and specialty logistics, and maintaining event-quality standards across proposals, budgets, and vendor coordination. Preferred experience with Tripleseat, Quickbooks, and AllSeated/Prismm; strong leadership, client communication, and organizational skills; must support evenings/weekends and onsite attendance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years producing events end-to-end in catering/hospitality/venues
- 2+ years in a lead role
- Proven success with complex, high-touch events
- Strong command of event deliverables: BEOs, timelines, floor plans/layouts, service details, vendor orders
- Confident client communicator
- Organized and systems-minded
- Proficient with event tools and docs (Tripleseat, Google Workspace)
- Availability for evenings/weekends and onsite attendance for events, walkthroughs, and tastings
