Job Summary
Set up, tear down, and clean equipment for onsite restaurant events while troubleshooting technical issues with POS systems and TV menu boards. Serve as a back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés, conduct mobile app coaching, and facilitate audits of restaurant set-ups to ensure consistency. Get restaurants onsite and access to the building, then provide real-time customer service to resolve issues directly with consumers. Escalate problems to the Operations Manager as needed. Work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm for 32-35 hours per week. Gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operations procedures while supporting a network of over 2,000 local restaurants.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Critical hours Monday - Friday (9 am – 3 pm)
- You're someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car
- You're looking for a steady part-time job (about 32-35 hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility
- You love building relationships with customers and enjoy customer service
- You are friendly, high energy and love interacting with other people
- You are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up
- You are resourceful, exhibit grace under pressure, and know you're capable of finding solutions
- You are a strong communicator and self-starter
- You are organized and detail oriented
- Type-A personality is a plus!
- Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
