Job Summary
Greet guests, manage daily scheduling, and assign team breaks while ensuring accurate inventory counts and product orders. Drive store and individual sales goals through coaching conversations and accountability for service, product, and membership benchmarks. Train new and existing estheticians on protocols, product knowledge, and compliance, including retail and membership instruction for front bar staff. Lead marketing initiatives such as events and pop-ups to support brand expansion. Requires an Esthetician License and 1-2 years of leadership experience; onsite event availability for nights and weekends is essential.
