Job Summary
Lead the installation of premium epoxy and polyaspartic garage floor coating systems by grinding, repairing, and preparing concrete surfaces. Mix and apply coating systems per manufacturer specifications while delivering exceptional workmanship and maintaining a clean, organized jobsite. Communicate professionally with homeowners and help train and mentor newer installers as the team grows. This full-time role requires at least two years of epoxy and polyaspartic flooring experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to tow a trailer. PremierGarage of Southern Maine specializes in premium garage floor coatings and organization systems for homeowners throughout Southern Maine.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of epoxy and/or polyaspartic flooring experience
- Experience with concrete grinding, crack repair, moisture testing, and surface preparation
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and lead installations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience towing/backing up a trailer
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding work
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
