Job Summary
Lead IT Epic Analyst for the Professional Billing team responsible for the advanced design, configuration, testing, and support of the Epic Professional Billing application. Acts as primary liaison to translate business needs into Epic workflows, leads complex troubleshooting across Epic and third-party apps, owns integration efforts and optimizations, and leads communications with leadership. Champions Gold Star and Staying Current functionalities to maintain system performance and efficiency; requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills and ability to work with clinical, financial, and IT stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of Epic experience, with significant experience in Professional Billing.
- Epic Professional Billing certification
