Lead Environmental Services Technician

Provide leadership and direction for a staff of 25 or more employees in housekeeping, laundry, and linen tasks. Ensure regulatory compliance for sanitation across patients, guests, and employees while generating policies for infection control standards. Coordinate rental linen and uniform efforts to support multi-disciplinary services. Create cohesive working relationships with department heads, hospital staff, and the public. Participate in employee awareness and education programs. Maintain appropriate sanitation in public areas to project a strong, positive image.
