Job Summary
Manage design sessions for prototyping new systems to enhance business processes and information flow across Operations and IT. Review and analyze existing system effectiveness to develop strategies for improvement and integration into the Oracle Fusion ERP. Establish operational objectives, delegate assignments, and execute company policies affecting immediate and company-wide operations. Interact with senior management on functional areas, divisions, and customers while fostering business partnerships and adapting to change. Maintain adherence to budgets, schedules, and performance requirements for program management, data governance, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related discipline
- At least 8 years demonstrated experience in managing the design, development and implementation of ERP systems, solutions and products
- 8+ years related work experience with ERP systems
- Completion of various Oracle certifications/classes
- Completion of APICS certifications
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Expertise in project portfolio management principles
- U.S. person under the ITAR and the EAR
- U.S. Citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience from the defense or aerospace industry
- Strong understanding of government contracts
- Strong understanding of cost accounting
- Experience with full lifecycle program execution
- Experience with Oracle Fusion
- M.S. Degree
