Job Summary
Lead architectural design, development, and deployment of resilient, scalable Salesforce Platform solutions for Sales & CPQ. Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, establish coding standards, and write efficient APEX code while conducting thorough code reviews. Manage technical debt, balance delivery speed with system health, and provide direct feedback to Salesforce engineers. Mentor team members, lead agile ceremonies, and partner with Technical Managers to align on scope and feasibility. Communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive operational excellence through improved CI/CD pipelines and incident response. Requires 5+ years of Salesforce/CPQ experience with APEX, LWC, and API design expertise.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience in Salesforce/CPQ
- APEX Triggers & Classes
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Configurations & Workflow
- Salesforce Security & Administration
- API design
- JSON structures
- Boundary System Architecture
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub/GitLab)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Collaborative, growth-oriented mindset

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Communities (Portal) Architecture and design
