Job Summary
Lead Enterprise Architect responsible for driving the technical design of Amadeus Hospitality’s transformation to a customer-centric platform. Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through approval, develop high-level architecture and solution designs aligned with platform strategy, and build compelling business cases and roadmaps for executive sponsors. Steward the Hospitality Platform knowledge base, govern non-functional requirements (reliability, performance, security, scalability, cost), define cloud governance and standardized blueprinting, and ensure adoption across Hospitality and wider Amadeus communities. Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Product Management to embed best practices, ensure architectural cohesion, and guide implementation patterns while advancing FinOps and governance in a cloud-based platform ecosystem. Demonstrate leadership in knowledge sharing, platform standards, and architectural integrity across integrated solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 14 years of experience in enterprise architecture / technical leadership
- Experience driving cross-functional technical initiatives and defining high-level architecture and solution designs
- Experience building business cases, roadmaps, and presenting to sponsors/executive stakeholders
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, governance, and non-functional requirements (reliability, security, performance, scalability, cost)
- Familiarity with data sharing, data models, observability, and integration patterns
- Knowledge base governance and adoption, with ability to socialize and drive adoption across organization
- Experience with cloud blueprinting (e.g., Azure blueprints) and guardrails
- Collaboration with product, R&D, operations, and PM teams to align strategy and practice
