Job Summary
Lead, Enterprise and Government Business Care leadership role focusing on supporting Enterprise, Government, and Federal Support Experts and Sr. Experts; manage day-to-day workload and balance customer needs, sales requests, and department requirements; provide coaching, feedback, and performance guidance; monitor workload, approve credits/adjustments, load and track projects, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with Sales, Ent & Gov Support leadership, and Experts to ensure account health and customer satisfaction.
