Lead Enrichment Teacher

Job Summary
Train, mentor, and support teachers to deliver high-quality enrichment and preschool programs by providing immediate, actionable feedback and modeling instructional excellence. Oversee school-level programming quality through monthly weekend visits and lead camp programs as assigned, designating additional leads when unavailable. Balance a workload of approximately 25–30 teaching hours with 10–15 leadership/project hours, totaling up to 40 hours per week between Monday and Friday. Conduct class and event observations, manage inventory counts, and partner with the Head of School to strengthen family communication through polished announcements. Serve as a leadership presence at events, camps, and previews to drive enrollment and community reputation while integrating new hires into the school's teaching culture.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in gymnastics, dance, music, or other enrichment specialties for children
- Proven ability to model best practices
- Experience teaching adult participation and/or independent participating classes with children ages 2-6
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or supervising peers
- Confidence in public speaking
- Confidence in parent-facing communication
- 2–3 years of teaching experience in early childhood, enrichment, or performing arts
- Prior experience in a supervisory, lead teacher, or team lead role
- Bachelor's degree in education, child development, performing arts, or related field
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Desired Qualifications
