Job Summary
Lead harness reworks with SEWS technicians, engineers, and customer personnel while managing 3rd party teams to ensure correct repair execution. Provide engineering support for major issues and stop builds across Mexico manufacturing locations, supporting both preproduction and production phases at customer facilities. Conduct vehicle testing and troubleshooting for harness repairs, participating in cross-functional meetings to track rework documentation. Required Qualifications
