Lead Engineering Technician - Wire Harness

Lead harness reworks with SEWS technicians, engineers, customer personnel, and third-party teams while managing rework execution and vehicle testing. Provide engineering support for major issues and stop builds across Mexico manufacturing locations. Participate in cross-functional meetings to document and track reworks, and support preproduction and production build phases at customer facilities. Requires high school diploma, three years of electrical engineering experience, and travel.
