Job Summary
Design and implement automation opportunities across Engineering Operations using Microsoft Power Platform, VBA, and AI-enabled tools to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Build self-service dashboards with Power BI and Excel automation while partnering with Digital, IT, and Engineering teams to drive standardization and eliminate repetitive activities. Establish KPIs to measure productivity gains and cycle-time reduction, and lead Lean, Continuous Improvement initiatives to simplify business processes and document standardized workflows. Partner with Unit Managers for demand forecasting, capacity planning, and workload analysis, ensuring full compliance with governance frameworks and audit requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 7-12 years of Proven experience in business process automation
- Strong experience in: Prebilling / revenue operations
- Contract & PO lifecycle
- ERP systems (SAPByD preferred, others acceptable)
- Advanced Excel (Macros, Automation, Data modeling)
- Strong analytical mindset + storytelling with data
- Ability to interpret contract terms commercially
- High ownership and execution rigor
