Lead Engineer- SW Testing

Job Summary
Lead Engineer responsible for end-to-end automotive embedded software testing, including requirement analysis, test planning, test case development, test execution, defect tracking and test report completion, ensuring adherence to ASPICE, ISO 21434 and ISO26262 processes; provide guidance and training to junior test engineers while coordinating with software, system, CM and quality teams to maintain test environment, baseline, configuration and tool availability, drive issue analysis and risk assessment to improve test efficiency, coverage and product quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, Automation or related majors
- 5+ years of professional experience in automotive electronics software testing
- AGS/ECU/body electronics experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of ASPICE test process
- Familiar with ISO 21434 cybersecurity testing requirements and ISO26262 functional safety testing requirements
- Proficient in embedded software testing, test case design, defect management and test documentation
- Experience with CAN/LIN testing tools (Vector CANoe, VectorCAST) is a strong plus
- Good English reading and writing skills
- Ability to work with global teams
