Job Summary
Interpret customer voice and critical quality metrics to define CMP process problems, then propose and lead product solutions including slurries, pads, and PCMP cleans. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop hypotheses and execute cleanroom experiments using JMP for statistical analysis, deriving conclusions with confidence. Communicate key learnings to partners and prepare data packages to promote solutions internally and to customers while accelerating product adoption. Grow expert knowledge of leading-edge Entegris technology and products. This role is based in Hsinchu (Zhudong), Taiwan.
Required Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of CMP process and impact of CMP consumables (slurry, pads, conditioning disk, etc.) on CMP performance
- Proven ability to work on complex projects in a team environment and lead the development of engineering solutions
- Demonstrated project management skill and knowledge of semiconductor device and integration scheme
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology and ability to use the design of experiment (DOE) to solve engineering problems
- Demonstrated data analysis skills using statistical data analysis software – JMP, Minitab
- Critical and systematic thinking in developing solutions to a complex problem
- Ability to rapidly switch focus and be adaptable to change
- Highly motivated and committed to continuous learning
- Working experience in CMP-related manufacturing or semiconductor fabrication
- A bachelor's degree in a technical subject area (e.g., chemistry, material science, chemical engineering, or related field)
