Job Summary
Supervise day-to-day operation of the day shift, executing planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on building systems within the contracted area. Ensure routine PPM is carried out on all mechanical and electrical plant per site task schedules and asset lists. Complete reactive tasks throughout the building, including concessionary stores and fabric-related items, while swiftly remedying plant faults to maintain serviceable order. Ensure suitable spares are available for maintenance and reactive works, providing parts lists and estimated timescales. This Monday-Friday role includes 08:00-17:00 hours with no call-out.
Required Qualifications
- Formally trained in City and Guilds Electrical Installations or the equivalent NVQ and Building Services maintenance
- Experience of maintaining tight humidity & temperature control conditioned environments
- General all-round knowledge of Heating & Ventilation / Air Conditioning and building support systems and their methods of control
- Experience on CAFM system
- Experience of maintaining all relevant mechanical and electrical equipment to clearly defined criteria
- Monday-Friday role working 08:00-17:00 with no call out
