Job Summary
Lead the design and implementation of Auth0-based Customer Identity (CIAM) solutions, architecting modern authentication patterns using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML. Deliver customer registration, login, and self-service identity journeys while building secure integrations between Auth0, customer applications, and third-party providers. Develop custom Auth0 Actions and extensibility solutions to meet complex business requirements, providing technical leadership across engagements through code reviews and architectural guidance. Mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence via automation and modern cloud-native delivery practices. Act as a trusted advisor to strengthen customer identity strategies and security postures.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience designing and delivering Auth0 solutions
- Deep understanding of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)
- Expertise in OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SSO, MFA and identity federation
- Experience integrating identity platforms with modern web, mobile and API ecosystems
- Strong engineering background across JavaScript/Node.js, TypeScript, .NET or similar technologies
- Experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex customer-facing solutions
