Job Summary
Lead Engineer - Program Management responsible for leading the execution of multiple R&D projects within the GridBeats product line. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations; coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, QA, and delivery; identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues; facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile and SAFe practices; track and report progress to stakeholders including product line leadership and executive sponsors; ensure compliance with governance and release processes; drive continuous improvement through lessons learned. Requires PMP certification or equivalent, 7+ years of program management experience in enterprise software, experience with SAFe/Agile, strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Relocation assistance is provided. Desirable experience includes familiarity with electrical substation & industrial operations, substation automation, protection, communication, predictive analytics, and experience in electrical utilities, smart grid, or industrial IoT.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- PMP certification or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on enterprise software development
- Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is highly desirable
- Fluent in English (written & oral), knowledge of French is a plus
