Job Summary

Lead Engineer, Product Marketing to drive strategy for ADI’s Precision Switch Mux Franchise. Develop and maintain strategy, grow opportunity pipeline with ADI Sales, analyze market trends and customer tactics, execute strategy for broad market customers, and develop external collateral and internal training materials. Requires strong technical background in Electrical Engineering with ~5 years design experience, plus at least 2 years in strategic technical marketing, and ability to collaborate with Sales and strategic customers across geographies. Travel 10% (international). Salary range: $131,285–$190,108. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401k, paid time off. EEO employer. Shift: 1st Shift/Days.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum experience ~5 years design experience in electrical circuits
  • Minimum 2 years experience in strategic technical marketing driving customer engagement and internal sales training
  • Strong technical interest and curiosity to learn new technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to synthesize diverse data inputs
  • Ability to work across teams and geographies as an individual contributor with influence
  • Travel: 10%, including international
