Job Summary
Own end-to-end NPI execution for mechanical parts and assemblies, including motor assembly processes and line setup. Lead DFM/DFA/DFMEA activities, define assembly sequences and tooling concepts, and drive prototype, FAI, and production readiness builds. Manage supplier-side development, conduct technical reviews and audits, and validate compliance documents against drawing requirements. Own AS9100 documentation readiness, lead root cause analysis and corrective actions, and mentor junior engineers while interfacing with customers during design and build reviews. Requires BE/BTech in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 4–6 years of experience in mechanical and motor assembly backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- BE / BTech in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering
- 4–6 years of experience in mechanical & motor assembly
- Strong NPI or manufacturing engineering background
- Strong GD&T and tolerance analysis capability
- Supplier development experience
