Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, or related field
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in process engineering or manufacturing engineering, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven ownership of capital projects, including scope development, budget management, vendor coordination, installation, validation, and production handoff
- Strong project management capability, including schedule ownership, risk mitigation, cross-functional alignment, and contractor or supplier management
- Working knowledge of Management of Change practices and the ability to apply structured change control in a manufacturing environment
- Strong automation fundamentals with experience or exposure to PLC, SCADA, HMI, or batch process control systems
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, influence cross-functional teams, and operate as part of a leadership pipeline
