Job Summary
Lead Engineer role guides solution architecture in the L&A domain and mentors a team of developers. Requires strong hands-on expertise in Java and system integration, authoring design documents, resolving complex technical issues, and providing strategic technical guidance. Responsibilities include designing and implementing a solution architecture for the end customer, leading a team of software engineers, developing and debugging software, addressing system integration problems, contributing to user manuals, collaborating with architects, BAs and testers, communicating with clients, and performing feasibility analysis for future projects. Qualifications emphasize 6+ years of experience, Core Java/Spring/Hibernate/J2EE, knowledge of HTML5 and REST API development, CI and automation testing, open-source familiarity, design patterns, UML-based analysis, and Agile methods. Nice-to-have insurance industry experience. Location noted as Remote Working, India.
