Lead Engineer, Machine Learning

Lead Machine Learning Engineer responsible for architecting, engineering, and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems at enterprise scale. Lead a team of ML Engineers and Data Scientists to build end-to-end ML solutions, including batch and real-time model serving, agentic pipelines, RAG systems, and LLMOps infrastructure. Drive the full ML lifecycle from data processing and feature engineering to model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, observability, automated testing, and continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to define capabilities, prioritize epics, and deliver high-quality code in a CI/CD environment. Mentor the team, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to the AI/ML product roadmap. The role emphasizes security-first and reliability-first practices, scalable pipelines, and ongoing innovation in AI/ML across the beauty space at Sephora.
