Job Summary
Lead engineer responsible for designing detailed fiber optic infrastructure (DO) and AutoCAD/GIS drawings that meet strict quality and security standards. You will assess technical feasibility, identify risks before they reach the site, and prepare cost estimates and budget plans for project leaders. Act as the technical lead for project managers, contractors, and clients, ensuring engineering output adheres to high-precision protocols across critical locations. You will share knowledge with the team to elevate overall capability. This role requires 3–5 years of fiber network engineering experience, CAD proficiency, and strong analytical skills within a 38-hour week.
Required Qualifications
- MBO werk- en denkniveau, richting civiele techniek, infratechniek of telecom
- Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in de engineering van glasvezelnetwerken
- Kennis van netwerkstructuren zoals backbone, INN en complexe transportnetwerken
- Ervaring met CAD-programma's, bij voorkeur AutoCAD
- Ervaring met NWA-systemen zoals COCON, GEOS of vergelijkbaar
- Sterk analytisch vermogen
- Communicatief sterk
- Eigenaarschap
