Job Summary
Lead squad engineers in designing, developing, configuring, testing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions for Clinical Operations processes. Provide hands-on technical leadership by guiding engineers through implementation decisions using modern design patterns, ensuring code quality, and driving solution validation and deployment including automated testing. Mentor team members through code reviews and foster continuous improvement while managing technical debt and vulnerability remediation. Define architectural vision and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine stories and support backlog readiness. Enhance operational efficiency by leveraging CI/CD automation and SDLC tooling appropriate for regulated delivery environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, health sciences, information systems, computer science, data analytics, engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Clinical Operations technology, software engineering, or related digital product domains
