Job Summary
Lead Engineer for injection molding responsible for supporting a high-volume production line. Drives capital projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost; leads process implementation and optimization; mentors shop-floor teams to maintain world-class equipment and molds; manages new and existing tooling projects; collaborates cross-functionally to implement solutions; promotes kaizen activities; partners with corporate design for engineering changes; works with procurement on cost and quality projects; required to have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and 5+ years of manufacturing experience; advanced tooling/robotics experience and CAD proficiency strongly preferred.

- 5+ years manufacturing experience
- Experience with injection molding
- Experience leading teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading teams
- Experience with qualifying new injection mold tooling
- Experience with Fanuc 6 axis robots
- Experience with Gantry style cartesian demolding robots
- Experience in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or Professional Maintenance (PM)
- CAD software proficiency (Creo, Solidworks, AutoCAD)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
