Job Summary
Lead HRSG Project Engineer drives technical project management and coordination across customers, EPCs, PM, and engineering teams for HRSG projects. Acts as the technical liaison to ensure contract requirements are met, guides design and change management, conducts CKOMs/DLMs, provides technical guidance to project management and regional/customer engineering teams, reviews contract documentation, assesses financial/schedule impacts of scope changes, supports cross-functional resolution of design issues, mitigates schedule risks, manages engineering budget and provides quarterly EACs, and supports field personnel to ensure equipment meets customer objectives. Requires travel ~10%, strong leadership and communication, and experience with plant systems design, manufacturing, installation, and testing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (HS diploma/GED with 5 years relevant experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Engineering, Design Engineering, and/or Field Engineering related to HRSG Projects
- Ability and willingness to travel ~10%
- Leadership-quality communication skills, both verbal and written
