Job Summary
Lead HRSG Project Engineer coordinates with customers, EPCs, and internal teams to provide technical direction, drive continuous improvement, and manage changes for HRSG projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with customers and EPCs, conducting CKOMs/DLMs, reviewing contract documentation, evaluating financial/schedule impacts via CCEs and Change Orders, resolving cross-functional design issues, mitigating schedule risks, and supporting engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and installation teams. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience), 2+ years in project/design/field engineering related to HRSG projects, travel ~10%, and strong leadership and communication skills. Preferred: customer-facing experience, GTCC PLM familiarity, plant system design knowledge, and continuous improvement mindset.
