Job Summary
Analyze system requirements and program interactions for Equity and Option Trading Systems, then develop, test, and maintain application software using HP NonStop COBOL. Lead projects by coordinating efforts, writing specifications, and reviewing test results to prevent schedule slippage. Provide technical advice for resolving programming problems while staying current with new technologies. Work within a hybrid schedule averaging 10-12 days per month in St. Petersburg, FL, with flexibility for non-standard shifts and on-call responsibilities. No visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's: Computer and Information Science
- Bachelor's: Computer Engineering
- High School (HS)
- 3 to 6 years
- Experience with HPNS COBOL85
- SQL/MX
- MP
- Pathway servers
- HPNS/Tandem Guardian OS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Visio
- SharePoint

- Skilled in requirements gathering

Desired Qualifications
