Job Summary
Lead Engineer - HD Services Regional Application Engineer responsible for CM&U growth in Asia, providing technical solutions (configuration, performance estimation, economics, etc.) as part of the R1S/pre-ITO process while interfacing with the commercial team. Develops technical specifications and costing elements for contract execution, leads programs/projects, communicates effectively, and applies broad technical knowledge of gas turbine operations to influence bid strategies and customer value delivery. Serves as a knowledgeable resource, stays current on industry developments, and uses data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to support recommendations and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering Degree preferably in Mechanical
- Knowledge of Gas turbine operations
- Hands-on experience with B / E / F / HA Platforms
- Experience in CM&U, New unit RCAE process / Perf engg is valuable
- Significant experience in Engineering/Technology & Customer Application Engineering
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
