Job Summary
Lead Engineer, Development Ops responsible for technical leadership and end-to-end delivery of cloud-native platform capabilities (OneDev, UKDevTools, Observability) across the UK region, including incident response, platform reliability, and capacity planning. Responsibilities include guiding day-to-day operations, incident management, SLAs/KPIs, cross-team collaboration with DevOps, Infrastructure, InfoSec and vendors, and driving continuous improvement of tooling, environments, and pipelines. Key skills include Terraform, HashiCorp Vault, Kubernetes (GKE), Helm, Kong API management, Harness CI/CD, GCP services (Compute, GCS, Networking), Cloudflare, Postgres HA, IAM (Ping/Keycloak), monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), and security tooling (CheckMarxOne).
