Job Summary
Lead Maintenance Engineer with responsibility for overseeing operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building systems; supervise 2nd shift maintenance associates; serve as the point person for mechanical issues during the shift; perform and oversee HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, BAS and electrical/plumbing tasks; ensure safety and guest/employee satisfaction; perform training and develop SOPs, documentation, and work orders; requires EPA Refrigeration Technician Certification, Stationary Engineer License, and a strong track record of 10+ years in hotel or related facilities maintenance; shift is 3pm–11:30pm and location is St. Charles, IL.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- EPA Refrigeration Technician Certification
- Stationary Engineer License from Chicago or Elgin
- Valid Driver’s License
