Lead Engineer - Full Stack

Lead Engineer to join the Application Platform Team. This role combines strong technical expertise with people leadership to guide teams delivering high-quality, production-ready solutions. Hands-on experience with .NET, Python, React/JavaScript, and Terraform; comfortable in cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps) and collaborating with platform, product, and data teams. Responsible for shipping production code in cloud environments, maintaining solid CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Octopus), upholding code quality and testing standards, and applying Kubernetes patterns, ArgoCD, secrets management, and multi-cloud (GCP/Azure). Ability to set direction, work cross-functionally, and support engineer growth within Agile teams. Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; promote knowledge sharing through pairing and documentation.
