Job Summary
Lead Engineer for Gas Turbine Product Service responsible for providing technical guidance and customer issue resolution across GE Vernova heavy duty gas turbine fleet. Lead root cause investigations, manage complex technical cases, develop and present technical information to customers and senior leadership, and mentor less experienced staff. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and addressed, disseminate cross-platform information, and support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen). Travel to customer locations to support outages and technical meetings; establish relationships with customers and internal stakeholders; prepare technical communications and documentation for customers and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline from an accredited college or university (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to travel globally to customer sites and offices to support root cause investigations, critical outage inspections, and customer communications
- Strong English language communication capability, both verbal and written
