Job Summary
Lead Engineer responsible for directing and coordinating all engineering activities across Linxon’s energy-infrastructure projects, including AIS, GIS, BESS, rail/infrastructure programs, data centers, and wind developments. Provides technical leadership across disciplines, drives safety, cost control, quality, and reliable delivery from concept through execution; manages budgets, schedules, design criteria, vendor/ subcontract negotiations, design package reviews, factory acceptance testing, and ensures compliance with safety and contractual requirements. Engages with project managers, leads customer technical discussions, and oversees change management, NCR resolution, and documentation control while supporting on-time, high-quality project delivery in Ontario (Toronto/Mississauga) with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of engineering or project management experience (EPC environment preferred)
- BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
