Job Summary
Lead Engineer DevOps File Transfers responsible for building and migrating a new external file transfer service within ING's private cloud. Responsibilities include infrastructure as code, enabling CI/CD pipelines, implementing robust security measures (DevSecOps), risk assessment and mitigation, continuous monitoring and optimization, proactive alerting and incident response, comprehensive documentation, and coaching junior team members. Required hands-on experience with file transfer protocols and Axway products, CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitLab), Linux basics, PKI, networking, Ansible automation, security hardening, and monitoring stacks (Grafana/Prometheus). The role emphasizes collaboration across DevOps teams, problem solving, and the ability to learn new technologies and apply them quickly.

- Experience with Managed File Transfer protocols and Axway products (CFT/Gateway/Secure Transport/Flow Manager)
