Job Summary
Design and architect scalable solutions extending Copado's DevOps and AI platform using Functions, Job Templates, and custom extensions in bash, Python, or Apex. Lead technical discovery sessions to translate customer needs into robust architectures, while developing proof-of-concepts and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation. Deliver enablement programs, reference architectures, and training for partners building extensions, providing architectural guidance and troubleshooting support for complex challenges. Collaborate with the core product team to align solutions with the roadmap and mentor team members on Salesforce best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience
- Deep understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and DevOps methodologies
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
- Experience with bash, python or node.js
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in DevOps
- Proven track record of partner enablement or technical training delivery
- Strong architectural thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong focus on scalability and enterprise-grade solution design
- Experience in creating technical content and documentation
- Vision for applying AI/ML in DevOps processes
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or multiple Domain Architecture certifications
- Previous experience building solutions for the Copado DevOps Exchange
- Experience in partner enablement programs or developer advocacy
- Background in AI/ML implementation in enterprise solutions
- Contributions to open-source projects or community solutions
- Background in implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions
- Knowledge of multiple version control systems and branching strategies
