Job Summary
Lead Engineer responsible for leading the technical design and execution for AC Substation projects. Roles include technical analysis and strategy during tendering (cost, time, delivery, resources, risks, opportunities), delivering principal and detailed design, ensuring design quality and compliance with international electrical standards and local EHS regulations, managing on-time delivery within budget, coordinating with procurement/site/subcontractors, providing design reviews and technical support, and guiding the team to achieve project requirements and quality through traceable documentation and control of changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering
- More than 10 years’ experience in AC Substation Design
- Willingness to work in different locations for short or medium period and to travel world-wide when required
- Knowledge of electrical engineering of transmission & distribution and Industrial network system
- Basic knowledge of Transmission & Distribution project execution process, from tendering, engineering phase, procurement, site execution, pre-commissioning and commissioning stage
