Job Summary
Lead technical client engagements by designing architecture, conducting maturity assessments, and delivering solutions on the Microsoft Azure Platform. Implement state-of-the-art technical patterns addressing scalability, security, and performance while providing deep reviews and cost estimations to stakeholders. Mentor a high-performing team through the Player-Coach model, ensuring role clarity, shared standards, and alignment on ownership and transparency. Communicate discoveries and insights to Senior Management and Executive stakeholders, including C-Suite Directors. Partner with Project Leaders to provide technical input into scheduling and delivery, while supporting pre-sales teams with documentation and proof-of-concept prototypes. Drive continual service improvement and modernization, identifying growth opportunities within existing clients and implementing industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Australian Citizen
- NV1 security clearance (or the ability to get such clearance)
- based in Melbourne, Sydney or Canberra
