Job Summary
Lead discipline-specific supervision activities and coordinate the supervision team for major projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors in Saudi Arabia. Review Contractor's drawings, technical submittals, method statements, RFIs, and material submissions to ensure compliance with approved documents and specifications. Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, identify technical issues, and support resolution of site queries and NCRs. Provide technical input to progress meetings and project reports while interfacing with other engineering teams and stakeholders. This role supports JASARA's delivery of transformative development programs across Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Khobar, Dammam, Aseer, Jazan, and Najran.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline
- 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in major construction/infrastructure projects
- Minimum 5 years Previous experience in a Lead Engineer / Senior Lead Engineer or equivalent role
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, specifications, and construction practices
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Professional engineering registration/accreditation where applicable
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration
