Job Summary
Senior lead role responsible for designing and developing the AI governance platform from the ground up, encompassing front-end and back-end, cloud infrastructure on AWS, and services for governance, lifecycle management, monitoring, and operational tooling. You will drive architecture and implementation across CI/CD, observability, security/compliance, and agent-based workflows, partnering with product, architecture, security, and governance stakeholders to deliver scalable, trusted AI platform capabilities. The role emphasizes strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on development across modern front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on delivering enterprise-grade governance, model/agent lifecycle management, and observability across the platform.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in full stack development
- Deep experience with AWS and cloud-native architecture
- Experience building complex platforms or enterprise applications from scratch
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale CI/CD pipelines, automated frameworks, and deployment workflows
- Experience with monitoring, observability, logging, telemetry, and operational insight capabilities
- Strong architectural judgment
- Experience with security, governance, and auditability considerations
