Job Summary
Lead Engagement Operations Engineer responsible for steering the engagement engineering function, owning end-to-end implementation methodology and quality assurance, and acting as the senior technical escalation point for complex customer implementations. Drive automation, tooling improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Product/Development. Provide architectural guidance on product configuration, integration patterns, and best practices; manage stakeholder expectations and drive continuous improvement, aiming for operational excellence and high customer satisfaction in a global, multi-asset trading technology environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce Degree or Bachelor of Science Degree - IT Focused
- Minimum 5-7 years in customer-facing technical operations or implementation roles
- At least 2 years of direct technical lead experience
- Strong understanding of SQL (PGSQL, MYSQL) and data-driven troubleshooting
- Experience in financial markets, fintech, or trading technology environments
- Proven ability to drive process improvements that deliver measurable operational gains
