Lead Enclosures Consultant

Lead Enclosures Consultant for WSP's New York, NY office. Responsibilities include applying high-level building enclosure techniques and processes, collecting and analyzing data from site surveys, blueprints, schematics, and reports to develop design and construction solutions; identifying LEED-certified and sustainable improvements across concept to operation phases; conducting site inspections to verify conformance with codes and permits; developing construction plans, specifications, phasing, and cost estimates; managing enclosure design and integration through renovation and new-build projects; incorporating advanced technologies, modeling, and operating strategies for sustainable, future-ready building enclosures; leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with owners and sub-consultants, and producing technical reports and presentations; ensuring QA/QC and compliance with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements; and actively collaborating with architects, engineers, inspectors, and clients while staying current on green-building practices and safety requirements.
